Sinopec Tech Middle East LLC (STME) and Dhahran Techno Valley Company (DTVC) successfully held a grand signing ceremony for the Partnership Framework Agreement at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) recently.


The execution of this agreement formalizes a high-level strategic partnership, committing STME and DTVC to jointly advance frontier scientific research, technological innovation, and talent co-development in critical sectors such as energy efficiency and clean technologies.
The agreement was signed by Dr. DING Shidong, President of STME, and Mr. Mohammed Abusharifah, CEO of DTVC, under the esteemed presence of Dr. Muhammad M. Al-Saggaf, President of KFUPM.
This accord is designed to leverage STME's R&D capabilities and DTVC's role as KFUPM's industrial translation bridge, with a focus on driving joint R&D projects and talent development initiatives.
Through this key strategic collaboration, STME aims to deepen knowledge exchange, accelerate regional innovation, and contribute the strength of Sinopec to the sustainable industrial advancement of the Middle East region.
