From January 13 to 16, 2025, the IKTVA (In-Kingdom Total Value Add) Forum and Exhibition, hosted by Saudi Aramco, was successfully held at the Dhahran Exhibition Center in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province. Sinopec participated as a Platinum Sponsor, with Sinopec Tech Middle East LLC (STME) playing a central role as the Group's key technological innovation force in the Kingdom.

This forum provided a vital platform for STME to comprehensively showcase its localized R&D achievements and technical expertise. STME prominently displayed a series of cutting-edge technologies jointly developed with Saudi Aramco, including: drilling acceleration tools, downhole measuring and control instruments, and specialized PDC bits. These innovative results underscore STME’s unwavering commitment and distinguished capability in addressing critical technical challenges within the Saudi energy sector.

During the exhibition, STME and the wider Sinopec Group showcased the company's full spectrum of contributions in local employment and staff training, supply chain collaboration, and corporate social responsibility. Government agencies and local companies, including Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and the Saudi Ministry of Energy, continuously visited the booth, with particular enthusiasm expressed for the advanced technologies spearheaded by STME.

During the Technical Forum session, STME team members delivered specialized reports on geothermal resource development and business cooperation opportunities in Saudi Arabia, further solidifying the company's position as a leading R&D institution in the Middle East.
