On January 8, 2026, Sinopec Tech Middle East LLC (STME) held its 2025 Annual Conference and 2026 Work Plan Launch at the STME Academic Hall. Under the theme "Cleaner Energy, Better Life"， the event was hosted by Dr. KE Ke, Vice President of STME, and brought together all employees to review past achievements, unveil strategic plans, sign annual targets, and recognize outstanding teams and individuals.

Dr. DING Shidong, President of STME, delivered a comprehensive summary of the work in 2025 and outlined the key tasks for 2026. He emphasized that STME will continue to focus on its functional positioning of "Two Centers, One Window, One Platfor" to promote technological R&D and industrial deployment in the Middle East.

Following that, Dr. HE Zuqing, CTO of STME, officially launched the "STME Medium-Long Term Development Plan for 2026–2030". The plan outlines strategic objectives in sectors including exploration and development, petroleum engineering, refining and chemical engineering, and new energy.

During the signing ceremony, all team leaders signed the 2026 work plans with the management, demonstrating their commitment to achieving the annual goals. Department heads also presented their key tasks and KPIs for 2026.

The conference also featured an awards ceremony to recognize outstanding teams and individuals in 2025. A total of 2 outstanding teams, 13 outstanding employees, and several Platinum, Golden, and Silver Achievement Awards were presented, covering key projects such as the High-Pressure Water Jet Project, Laboratory Construction, and Liner Hanger Testing.

Finally, guest speaker Mr. CHEN Kunrong delivered a speech, expressing high recognition for STME's technological development and localization efforts in the Middle East, and wishing STME greater achievements in the future.

The annual conference was not only a summary and planning event but also a new starting point for all STME employees to unite and strive for a better future. STME will continue to adhere to the vision of "Cleaner Energy, Better Life" and contribute to the high-quality development of Sinopec in the Middle East.
